ikuyo is a small team making one thing: company and a plan for something you’re nervous about.
We wanted something between “just breathe” and therapy.
Most apps for nerves are about every day. We wanted one for a day: the exam, the flight, the talk. Small steps, a calm morning, someone in your corner. “ikuyo” is Japanese for “here we go”, said warmly to someone beside you.

Scout is nervous too, and gets braver alongside you. It never scores you, never nags and is never sad.
